Residence - Physical Description 1
A timber hip-roofed, triple-fronted Edwardian house. The complex roof steps forward as a minor hip, then again as a central gable. At left in the angle, is a verandah facing to the side. At right in the angle, is a verandah facing front. .These have palisade over-rail valances, with tulip pairs fretwork motifs and are supported by sinuous curved Art Nouveau fretwork brackets. Chimneys are brown brick with corbelled tops and unglazed terracotta pots. The upper gable has ripple-iron cladding and jetties on convex brackets in a frieze. The entrance is in the left verandah and faces. It has a side and fanlight in leadlight and the panelled Edwardian door also has glazed leadlight. The centre window pair has a skillion hood on palisade and large concave brackets with Art Nouveau fretwork pattern.
