"Thuruna" , Residence - Integrity
A single storey clinker brick house with a steeply pitched gable roof clad in dark terra cotta tiles. The main elevation closely resembles the State Savings Bank Design C.F.4. It has a tall, projecting gable-end which incorporates a large bay window and an arched door to the porch. To the west of this is a tall, chimney which is surmounted by two thin chimney stacks set at right angles to the main chimney. An integral part of the design is the side walls with arched gates. These are attached to the main part of the house and reflect the picturesque design. The fence, gate, hedge and garden compliment the building.
