STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
7 Candover Street is a typical brick cottage built circa 1856. It was owned by member of the Everett family. It is of local significance.

A more appropriate fence would greatly enhance the character of this building as would careful removal of the paint from the brickwork and more appropriate verandah posts.

Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
It is a typical 1850's cottage built of brick and the gable roof and skillion are clad with corrugated iron. The front elevation is symmetrical with a central door and double-hung window on wither side. The verandah is possibly a later addition. The timber building at the rear has a gable roof and is clad in weatherboards
