DESCRIPTION
This is a single storey dwelling, timber framed and clad in various materials. The front verandah has been added to the original building; it is partly filled in and clad in aluminium boarding. The original structure behind the verandah is square in form and is clad in cement sheets. The roof of the original building appears to be the original form. The roof rises symmetrically to a short ridge, which is parallel to the street. It is clad in corrugated iron. Some of the rafters measure 73mm x 73mm. The two central posts which support the ridge are 121mm x 61mm and have a large rectangular hole in both. Above the support posts are two short sections of timber which each have a black stencilled E on them. The internal wall studs are connected to the top plate by mortice and tenon joint. The ceiling boards are 220mm wide by 25mm thick.
