STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
'Shadwell Villa' is a typical, modest Late Victorian house which has a good degree of integrity. It is of local significance.

Residence - Physical Description 1
It is a modest Late Victorian house with a typical plan and roof form. The asymmetrical front elevation with a projecting gable room and a short verandah along the return. It is a convex verandah with an elaborate cast iron valance. The single storey house is built of timber and clad in weatherboards. The hipped and gabled roof is clad in corrugated iron. The chimney appears to have been removed.
