Residence - Physical Description 1
The single storey, stuccoed brick building has a hipped roof which is clad in slates. It is symmetrical with a central entrance and double-hung windows on either side. The two imposing stuccoed chimneys at either side of the 'M' roof further accentuate the central entrance. The only decorative elements which remain are the eaves brackets. The concave verandah is clad in corrugated iron. The balustrade and pillars are later additions.
