Residence - Physical Description 1
The single storey brick building has a hipped roof which is clad in slates. It is symmetrical with a central entrance accented by the gablet in the center of the convex verandah. The two imposing stuccoed chimneys at either side of the 'M' roof further accentuate the central entrance. Decorative elements include the wooden eaves brackets and the verandah brackets and the bargeboards and tympanum of the gablet. It appears that this decoration may be a later addition as the style was more common in the Edwardian Period.
