8 Flats - House is Flat 8 - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
The single storey timber building in weatherboards and the hipped and gable roof is clad in corrugated iron. The plan form is typical of a Late Victorian home with a central front door, a verandah stopped by a projecting gable room. Part of the original doorway joinery is extant, including the sidelights. The verandah columns are very rare in Geelong West and uncommon in Victoria. There are complemented by the fine decoration on the barge of the gable.
