STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
It was the substantial home of Hanrahan Austin in 1852, and it is a rare example of the few large homes from that era. It is of regional significance.REFERENCES

Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
A Brick building with a hipped roof covered with corrugated iron. It has a verandah which appears to be a later addition. The side wall has been covered in rough cast and the bricks at the front have been painted. The wire fence and hedge were probably added in about 1920.
