STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE:
27 Villamanta Street is Late Victorian house which has been owned by the same family since it was built. It is of local significance.
POLICY/RECOMMENDATIONS:

A more appropriate fence would greatly enhance the character of this house as would more appropriate paint colours.

Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION:
It is Late Victorian house with a symmetrical facade which is rather conservative for the date of construction. It is a single storey timber house, clad in weatherboards and the hipped roof is clad in corrugated iron. Two stuccoed chimneys rise from behind the ridge line. In the centre of the concave verandah is a projecting pediment with delicate fretwork. Other decorative elements include the eaves brackets of turned wood and the cast iron lace on the verandah.
