"Tyrone Villa" - Physical Description 1
Description
It is a single storey brick building with a hipped roof and concave verandah clad in corrugated iron. The brickwork of the walls and chimneys is stuccoed. It is a well proportioned building with fine window and door enframements, and restrained verandah valance and brackets made of cast iron. The front doorway has a narrow sidelight on either side of the door. These sidelights and the elaborate chimney decoration are the main indication that it was built in the Late Victorian era.
