Penleigh Boyd & Montagu Marks Lived Here as Students, c1908 Penleigh Boyd and his friend, Montagu 'Monty' Marks, lived on the top floor circa 1908. Penleigh studied at the National Gallery of Victoria School from 1905 - 1909 and Monty from 1907 - 1910. Sources: The Star, Saturday Evening (page 29).
