DESCRIPTION
A triple-fronted red brick, Edwardian house. Left and right side rear bays projects as gables. The verandah extends around the angle under the gambrel slate roof. This has ridge tiles, cresting, finials and chimney pots in terracotta. Chimneys are strongly modeled brick. At left, are two skillion window hoods, on large convex brackets. They have shingles, with more below the timbered. The valence is palisade, over a very broad catenary curved rail, right across, penetrated by triple posts, with unusual tulip fretwork between.
In front of the oulus leadlight, with plant form decoration and a rectangular bay window on the splay, at the angle, under the verandah. This is supported on post-pairs on brick bases, with beveled, rendered -?. There is timber outbuildings (perhaps a former laundry). At rear is a glazed, latticed verandah with a catenary curved transom. The Edwardian door, probably, has leadlight and a fly screen door, also probably original fly screen door.
