SHOP & RESIDENCE - Physical Description 1
A two storeyed shop and dwelling, the original shop front having been replaced and the upper level stuccoed with fluted pilasters lacking capitals. and a plain cornice with surmounting plain pediment. There is a single window with side lights. The condition is sound and external integrity is medium to low - the stucco work beneath the frieze being possibly of a later date.
