HOUSE, GARAGE & FRONT FENCE - Physical Description 1
54 Rennie Street is a two storey free-standing clinker brick Inter-war residence with a glazed terracotta tiled hipped roof, with a gable over the projecting side front elevation. Features include: a combination of Old English and International Modern timber framed windows, a projecting front entrance, clinker brick chimney, single storey attached clinker brick garage with a painted timber door, a low front fence with contemporary vine and a number of mature trees.
