Statement of Significance
A terrace of 18 distinguished two-storey houses designed by Charles Webb and built in 1876, running from 27 Lansdowne Street to 400 Albert Street, including the corner house with its specially curved facade, noting the removal of balconies from Nos 15 - 17 Lansdowne Street and Nos 384 - 88 Albert Street and the further alteration to the latter three houses by the addition of a single central entrance. All these facades are, however, quite easily capable of restoration to their original condition. The iron fencing, virtually intact for the whole terrace, is included in the Classification.
