Statement of Significance
An assortment of large corrugated iron buildings of differing shape and ages which are representative of the small to medium scale engineering works established in close proximity to the city, the transport networks, and the wharves during the time when South Melbourne was the manufacturing centre for the metropolis. The present occupant is the oldest extant engineering establishment in South Melbourne, having been in the area since 1906 and used parts of the site since 1911.

Demolished after 1990.
