Rareorlocalised
A fine spreading specimen of a species rare in Victoria. This tree is multi-stemmed with six main limbs. and with leaves up to 150mm long, tomentose beneath, toothed or entire.Its small pear-shaped fruits are edible. The tree was possible once part of the 'Kilora' garden. Other known examples occur at Fairfield Hospital and private properties in Northcote and Elsternwick.
