First land sale 1837, Block 13 Allotment 16 purchased by James Smith. 1839 - no buildings, indication of subdivisions and lanes. Current building: pre 1848, three-storey bluestone warehouse.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Site associated with early subdivision, formal establishment. Extant building apparently early & rare surviving structure from the 1840's.See also H7822-1593 and H7822-1595
