1838 - Allotment 4 of Block 14 purchased by George and Mary Lilley, buildings and stables already standing. Premises of Mr George Lilley, Auctioneer, on site 1839. 1855 - building, Temple Court (to Little Collins Street). 1877 and 1888 - building,two- and three-storeys.
