Third land sale, Block 2, Allotment 20, J H Wedge. 1839-40, buildings on site. 1854 - warehouse built on site. 1866 - building shown. 1877 - Zanders No.2 Bond Store, three-storey building; yards and laneway. 1888 and 1905 - rear of two buildings (Nos.487-497 Flinders Lane) and three-storey bond store.
