Fourth land sale, Block 4, part Allotment 3, Michael Carr; John Mills. 1840 - Carr noted as owner (occupier?); part of Brewery on site. 1877 - five buildings, stores and sheds. 1888 - five buildings, J F McKenzie & Co., Coffee, Cocoa Manufacturers. 1905 - same buildings; Mill and store.
