House - Physical Description 1
This building was probably erected in the 1880's or 1890's. It is noteworthy for the projecting bay window with decorative cement rendered pilasters.
The rolled lead roofing to the projecting window is of interest. The unpainted brickwork, the fine eaves treatment with delicate brackets and rosettes and the rusticated cement render quoining all add interest to the building.Heritage Study and Grading
