STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A characteristic Edwardian house built in 1909. It is architecturally significant locally as a representative example of the Edwardian domestic style.
It is historically significant locally as an embodiment of the way of life in Newtown in the Edwardian period.
INTACTNESS: Very good (?). The render is painted and one chimney survives unpainted at rear:

Residence - Physical Description 1
A triple-fronted, hi-roofed timber Edwardian house. The left and right side rear are set forward as gables. The verandah returns around the angle between them beneath the hip. It has rail valences, with lattice side panels, ripple-iron over decorative barge-ends and a canted bay window beneath. Chimneys have moulded flat tops and terracotta pots. At rear is a parapet garage and a tiled hip-roofed laundry (?).
