A two-storey polychrome brick villa, asymmetrical facade with square projecting bay and L-shaped verandah, cast-iron lace to verandah, slate hip roof, 1-storey gabled section at rear, bi-chrome brick chimneys with mould modillions, originally identical to No.10.
New verandah tiles, cast-iron fence posts original with reproduction palisade fence, new carport at rear
