This has highly decorative barges, most unusually with inset cast-iron lace decorative panels. It has a wavescroll and pendant valance, upper gable and finial with pendant in the Carpenter Gothic manner. Pendants have incised quatrefoils.
Below is a deep rectangular bay window with a high hipped roof, supported on deep concave brackets. Walls are clad over dado with mock shingles, with moulds at cill and head height. The triple casement has leadlight highlights with foliage motifs.
The verandah is in the angle with similar brackets and cablemoulding to the upper posts. The entrance is in the angle, with side and fanlights in leadlight and a four-panelled door.
The frieze has spindle ogee brackets pairs with coin-moulded decoration. Venetian chimneys are bichromatic in red and deep brown brick.
