Statement of Significance
C Listing - Local Significance
STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
17 Glenleith Avenue is one of the few known houses designed by the architects Seeley King and Everett. It is of local significance. A more appropriate facade on the garage would greatly enhance the character of this building as would a more appropriate fence.
