Residence - Physical Description 1
It is a single storey timber house clad in weatherboards and the roof is clad in corrugated iron. It is Edwardian in style and it has an excellent degree of integrity. It is notable for its decorative elements in particular, the superb bow windows and fine leadlighting. The verandah valance is adorned with timber fretwork and the roof has elaborate ridge decoration. The garden layout appears to be contemporary with the house.
