STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
It is an Edwardian style house with interesting decorative elements, particularly the turret. It is of local significance.

Residence - Physical Description 1
The house has recently been clad in aluminium boards and decromastic roof tiles, however it was probably built with walls clad in weatherboards and roughcast and the roof in corrugated iron. The main dqcorative elements remain intact. These include, the chimneys with bands of cement render contrasting with the red brick and strapwork, also the timber shingles and strapwork of the gable ends, the timber fretwork on the verandah and the exceptional turret with finial.
