Concrete House and Fence - Physical Description 1
The dwelling at 383 Brunswick Road, Brunswick, is a single storey, triple-fronted early twentieth century Federation-era house in concrete rendered in coursed ashlar effect, with hipped corrugated iron roof, broken back verandah with turned timber posts, timber rail with vallence and tessellated terracotta tiles. There is a rendered masonry fence fitted with wrought iron infills. A projecting gable to the front of the structure has decorative timber joinery and finial at gable end.
