HOUSE - Physical Description 1
The house at 10 South Audley Street, Brunswick is a Victorian double fronted weatherboard house, with ashlar boards to the facade. It has a corrugated iron hip roof with one rendered chimney, and the separate verandah is supported on carved timber posts and appears to have been altered or renewed. The windows are double hung sash, and some are multi-paned. Paired carved brackets decorate the eaves.
It is set close to the front boundary but rather than facing South Audley Street, it faces toward the south (ie. Victoria Street), which suggests that it pre-dates the later subdivision that created South Audley Street.HOUSE - Physical Conditions
