The detached row of three houses at nos. 202 - 206 Ascot Vale Road, Ascot Vale, have aesthetic value (Criterion E) for their stuccoed enrichment and add diversity to the urban landscape by virtue of their row house form.

HOUSES - Physical Description 1
Three detached identical red brick Federation period villas forming a row and being distinguished by the cast cement pedimented treatments to the bayed windows. Each house consists of a projecting gable roofed wing and a side entry with cast iron lace frieze, the ladder frame brackets to the barges and window hoods being important compositional elements.
Condition: Sound. Integrity: High.
