Statement of Significance
The house at no. 3 Aberfeldie Street, Essendon, was built between 1892 and 1897. It is important as a surviving villa representative of the development spawned by the "Aberfeldie Estate" subdivision of 1888 and compares with other similar houses in this respect. This importance is enhanced by the intact condition of the facade and the arched window treatment.

HOUSE - Physical Description 1
A white tuckpointed bl-chrome asymmetrical villa with faceted projecting wing, comer cast iron verandah with cement floor and distinguishing round arched windows to the wing with lancet arched drip mounds.

Condition: Sound. Integrity: High, cypress hedge and crimped wire fence.
